Foghlaim Gaeilge - Learning Irish

Mar 23, 2007 by Ó Broin

We are very proud to announce the launch of our first 'Gaeilge for beginners' course. As firm believers in Free Education (especially with regard to our language), we have gone to great lengths to ensure that we can offer an entirely self contained 'Teach Yourself Gaeilge' course completely free of charge to anyone in Ireland who wishes to start on the road to reclaiming their native tongue.

We will also be setting space aside on the forum to provide online support and a learners only area where everyone on the course can use what they are learning among other learners. More info...

Ár dtionscnamh staire áitiúla agus oidhreachta áitiúla. Ba mhaith linn daoine a spreagadh chun níos mó spéise a chur in oidhreacht nádúrtha, thógtha agus chultúrtha a gceantar féin agus eolas is freagracht phearsanta maidir le cosaint agus caomhnú na hoidhreachta sin a chur chun cinn. Tá do chabhair ag teastáil uainn chun an tionscnamh seo a chur i gcrích. Tá eolas breise le fáil anseo.

Our local history and heritage awareness project. We hope to encourage people to take an interest in the natural, built and cultural heritage in their own areas and to promote a sense of awareness and personal responsibilty towards the protection and preservation of that heritage. We need your input and participation to make this project work. More information is available here.
